Fabrics: We work with three fabric options:
• Linen with Viscose (soft touch and fluid drape)
• Pure Linen (classic, durable and breathable)
• 100% Egyptian Cotton (long fiber, superior feel and high resistance)
Embroidery: Our embroidery is computerized, guaranteeing precision, uniformity and high durability to the design.
Production Time: As this is a handcrafted product made to order, the production time is 15 (fifteen) business days after payment confirmation.

Exchange of Personalized Items: Products that have been personalized are not eligible for exchange, except in two situations: in case of manufacturing defect or when the product does not fit (exchange exclusively for size adjustment).
